Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed on Mikxx Studio, operated by Mikxx IT Solutions.

1. Cancellation by User
- If a booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will be issued.
- If cancelled between 6 to 24 hours before the booking, a partial refund may be issued.
- Cancellations within 6 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Studio Owner
- If the studio owner cancels the booking, a full refund will be issued to the user.
3. No-Show Policy
- If a user fails to show up for a booking, no refund will be provided.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Disputes
In case of disputes, users can contact our support team. We will review the case and take appropriate action.
6. Platform Charges
Any applicable platform or convenience fees may be non-refundable.
